Responsibilities
- Manage day to day and equipment operations of car wash facility
- Hiring and training of new employees
- Coaching and working with employees to better themselves as well as the wash quality
- Delivering strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members
- Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed
- Ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products
- Operation of POS system as well as other wash computer programs

- Ability to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions. We are open 8am-8pm every day (8am-6pm during DST) and are open 363 days a year
Compensation / Benefits & Qualifications
- Salary range: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
- Paid Time Off and Health Insurance available for those who qualify (medical, dental & vision plan options)
- Unlimited use of wash facility
- 1-3 years, proven track record of success in managing day to day operation in a fast-paced team leader, manager or assistant manager position
- Knowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not required
