This position requires strong leadership and communication skills with a developed eye for detail.Responsibilities:Management of all restaurant employees to meet standards and expectations set by United Concessions GroupHands on assistance of both dining room service staff, bartender staff, and kitchen staffStaying attentive to all guest's needs at all timesEngagement with restaurant guests in an effort to build relationships to increase repeat businessOversee and ensure the completion of all side work, before, during, and after the shiftsDemonstrating correct financial reporting and cash handlingAssess employee development needs and train/coach staffOversee the preparation and presentation of all beverage and food items are meeting Bar Symon set standardsAdherence to stock control and prep sheet proceduresMust build professional relationships with suppliers and sale representativesStay current with all state of Ohio liquor lawsMaintain regular communication with management through weekly meetings and discussionsRequirements:Strong leadership and developed personnel management skillsManagement experience in fast casual or quick service restaurantsCustomer service-oriented commitment to 100% guest satisfactionComfortable coaching & giving feedback to staffSelf-motivated with a high energy levelProblem solver with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentGood verbal & written communication skillsComing to work on time, and with a positive attitude every shiftFollowing all policies and procedures as listed in the United Concessions Group and Bar Symon Employee Manuals.Attention to cleanliness and safetyHigh school diploma and food safety training will be considered a plusCan bend and lift up to 50 lbs. during shiftCan stand/walk continually for up to/ and exceeding 8 hoursBenefits (full time Team Members):401(k)Dental insuranceTeam Member discountHealth insuranceVision insuranceProfit SharingWe are open 365 days a year.
