Job Summary
the General Manager Assistant must be fluent in Mandarin; this position will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Salary Range
$63,000-$80,000 annual salary
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing and distributing reports and presentations
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in administrative support
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support
