General Manager

Runners’ Edge Alaska is seeking a Practice Manager in Anchorage, Alaska.

The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of a growing sports physical therapy practice. The administrative and front-desk team, billing, marketing, and physical therapy lead report to this position.

Responsibilities include HR, payroll coordination, benefits administration, facility and landlord communication, compliance follow-through, referral-source relationships, community engagement, and daily operational support.

The ideal applicant has experience helping operate a $2–3 million professional-service or healthcare organization and can provide strong leadership while supporting continued growth.
