Job Requirements and Duties

• Responsible for everything during shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures, set example for crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Arithmetic skills for quick calculations.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication to handle orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for fast, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Work Conditions

• Varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes, hot surfaces/tools, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the day.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying large items (e.g., 3 lb cans, 30 lb sauce).
• Pushing, pulling, and moving trays on dollies.
• Climbing stairs or ladders, including up to five flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Forward bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching as required.
• Driving required for deliveries within the designated area.

Driving Specific Job Duties

• Deliver pizzas and related items by car to customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and an insured vehicle.
