Overview

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, from cost and inventory control to customer relations and staff management. The role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for employees and enforce all company policies and procedures consistently.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, equipment operation, and food management.
• Ensure a high level of customer service, store cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain financial profitability and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Train, orient, and develop staff on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience operating all store equipment and managing inventory.
• Proficiency in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and making accurate monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team under stress while meeting strict quality control standards.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, high temperatures in work areas, and rapid temperature changes.
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cold and hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers and large ovens.
• Need to communicate and hear clearly on the telephone and maintain near‑ and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching.
• Operation of equipment, tools, or work aids.
