We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations at a Domino’s store. The role involves managing a team, maintaining store performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting growth opportunities within the franchise.

Job Requirements and Duties

• Oversee daily store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Staff management: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Manage inventory, cost controls, cash control, food management, and store cleanliness.
• Implement marketing initiatives and drive profitability.
• Ensure high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Provide transportation to/from work and maintain a reliable driving record (if appointments require deliveries).

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or fast‑food environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for deliveries (if applicable).

Essential Functions / Skills

• Basic math – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements on the shop floor.
• Computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to set a workplace example.

Work Conditions

• Outdoor exposure during trash removal and deliveries; varying weather conditions.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and exposure to hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Work involves sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and cramped quarters.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing or stair navigation.
• Frequent lifting of items up to 50 lb in bulk deliveries.
• Ability to carry, push, pull, and handle items such as pizza dough, sauces, and equipment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach up to 72 in, and perform fine hand tasks.
• Must be able to work while hearing and seeing in low‑light areas.

Driving Specific Job Duties

• Deliver products to customers by car.
• Deliver promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers.

Additional Physical Demands

• Walking, climbing, and carrying during deliveries; handle multiple deliveries per shift.
