General Manager (08359)

Full‑time Store General Manager position at 20200 Highway 18, Suite D.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Receive orientation and provide on‑the‑job training to new staff.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Perform accurate cash handling – add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and give correct change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car to the customer door, and deliver flyers, doorhangers, or marketing materials.
• Navigate a designated delivery area, including adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes; drive safely and carry products.

Required Skills and Physical Demands

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Excellent motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen. Ability to work in varying temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in warmer work areas. Must be able to lift cases of ingredients up to 60 pounds and handle items weighing up to 30 pounds, with frequent reaching above 72 inches and bending or stooping as necessary. Ability to navigate stairs, ladders, and navigate adverse weather conditions during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Good navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
• Ability to cope with stress, meet quality control standards, and work independently or with others.
