Job Summary

The position is a Domino’s Pizza store general manager responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Customer relations and great customer service.
• Staffing, scheduling, and attendance & punctuality.
• Paperwork and compliance with all policy and procedures.
• Food management, marketing, and store cleanliness.
• Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Transportation to/from work and driving duties as required.
• Profitability management.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: written and verbal instructions, phone and in‑person interaction.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Reach, push, carry, lift, and climb weights up to 50 pounds or larger.
• Work environments range from 36°F to 90°F with occasional temperature changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for product delivery.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated area and perform couponing as needed.
