Overview
- Responsibilities: Manage Store Operations and Drive Results — including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality; recruit, develop, and retain staff team members; manage food safety and team member safety; provide best in class customer service; increase sales and profit potential.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
- Customer service experience (required)
- Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
