Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store and ensure operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise shift, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Handle customer relations and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Participate in training and orientation.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
• Accurately perform calculations and provide correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate delivery routes and locate addresses within designated area.

Work Conditions

Varying temperature environments, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces. Adverse weather conditions when delivering product.

Advancement Opportunities

Store team members can progress from delivery driver to Assistant Manager, General Manager, Franchisee, or Corporate Operations Manager.
