Pay Range: $50 000 – $80 000 inclusive of salary and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Training: Orientation and training provided on the job

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the telephone and in‑person

Essential Functions/Skills

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly
• Provide correct monetary change
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Employ motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for precise movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; drive through adverse terrain

Exposure

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperature ranges from 36 °F in the cooler to above 90 °F in some work areas
• Sudden temperature changes in work areas and while outside
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Contact with hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Adverse weather conditions during delivery, driving, and couponing

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Far vision and night vision for driving

Temperaments

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces 36–48" high
• Walking: Short distances for short durations; travel between store and delivery vehicle and customers’ locations
• Sitting: Paperwork typically completed at a desk or table
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb; stacking on shelves up to 72" high
• Carrying: Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray), carrying during delivery
• Pushing: Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb for 24–30" stacks; trays may also be pulled
• Climbing: Navigate stairs or a ladder infrequently; during delivery may encounter five or more flights of stairs
• Bending/Bstooping: Forward bending at waist while assembling pizza; repeated throughout the day; rear bending at counter and while stocking
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching: Continuous; up, down, and forward; up to 72" to handle oven controls, price signs, etc.
• Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated area; make several deliveries per shift
• Hand Tasks: Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of hands for shaping dough, holding tools, and manipulating boxes; use of pens, computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutter, peel, etc.

Additional Job Duties

• Drive product by car, deliver flyers and door hangers
• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; follow all company policies and procedures 100 % of the time
• Staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, appearance standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality; transportation to/from work; store cleanliness; marketing; profitability
