About the Job
We are looking for a result‑driven Store General Manager to oversee all daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. This role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining store appearance, and fulfilling all company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of crew members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and quality service.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing displays, and brand standards.
• Monitor profitability and report performance to corporate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, change).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and mobile devices.
• Ability to read/write instructions accurately and make judgments.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and working under pressure.
