ABOUT THE JOB

As a General Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring policy compliance, customer service excellence and financial performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, cost controls and cash handling.
• Maintain high standards of customer relations, cleanliness and safety.
• Lead and develop team members, set an example and enforce company procedures.
• Handle payroll, reporting, marketing activities and profitability objectives.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock and manage ingredients.
• Prepare product and process orders.
• Maintain inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility regularly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS

• Basic math and cash handling.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Computer and touchscreen operation.
• Navigation and delivery logistics.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing and pulling trays.
• Using hands, eyes and fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Driving within designated area with valid license and vehicle.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to temperature variations, food odor, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, electrical and mechanical hazards.
• Adverse weather when delivering.
