Responsibilities
General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
- Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines
- Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customers’ viewpoint
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during a shift
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff and customers
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check; safety is a priority
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries
- Great role model and leader; punctual and courteous toward customers and co‑workers
- Minimum age of 18 years old
