General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Responsibilities
* Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
* Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift.
* Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
* Operate cash register and collect payments.
* Making consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines.
* Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer's viewpoint.
* Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during shift.
* Positive attitude and strong motivational skills.
* Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
* Access to a reliable insured vehicle.
* Be a great role model and leader; punctual and positive attitude with customers and co‑workers.
* At least 18 years old.
