General Manager
General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift.
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
- Operate cash register and collect payments.
- Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during shift.
- Positive attitude and strong motivational skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable insured vehicle.
- Be a great role model and leader; punctual and positive attitude with customers and co‑workers.
- At least 18 years old.
