Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers run a Domino's Pizza store, leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.

Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. The program teaches everything needed for success and allows self‑paced learning and fast tracking.

Opportunities! The Management Development Program allows only store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. After at least a year of successful management, one can apply for a franchise.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations during shifts
• Ensure cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
• Lead staffing, paperwork, and scheduling
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Adhere to policies and procedures and lead by example
• Support marketing initiatives and profitability goals

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
• Strong judgment, math skills, and leadership qualities
