Overview

Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-volume environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Training, Advancement & Benefits

• Paid Training and a Management Development Program that trains and certifies Assistant Managers; program supports both limited experience and experienced candidates with self-paced learning and fast tracking.
• Opportunities for franchising: only store managers who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year are eligible to apply for a franchise.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and good driving record; some management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask.
