Locally owned two‑store Domino’s franchise is looking for responsible, friendly, and hard‑working people to join our management team. This hands‑on position will train you in all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew.
• Manage everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain a perfect store image and standards, and provide great customer service.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

Qualifications

• Prior pizza‑making experience is a plus.
• Availability for some nights and weekends.
• Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle are required.
