Job Description

Your main responsibilities include managing store operations, leading the team, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities

• Overall shift management: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, and store cleanliness.
• Marketing, profitability analysis, and adherence to brand standards.
• Transportation to/from work and punctual attendance.
• Maintain a perfect image and provide great customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong math and judgment skills.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
