Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the team and enforce all policies and procedures 100 % of the time.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, and form completion.
• Food management and preparation, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, well‑maintained store environment.
• Marketing initiatives, profit management, and continuous improvement.
• Attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold strong brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while multitasking.
