Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and cleaning methods.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records.
• Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or other, count monies and make deposits.
• Schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team.
• Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff.
• Prepare employee review and performance reports.
• Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively.
• Full-time position, Forty (40) hours per week.
