Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overall store operations, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including cost control, inventory control, and cash management.
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure a high level of service.
- Lead and motivate a team of 3–30 employees; oversee scheduling, performance, and training.
- Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
