Domino’s Pizza looks for General Managers who are adaptable, self‑motivated, and passionate about customer service. Chief responsibilities include hiring and training new Team Members, implementing safety conducts for delivery drivers, managing costs, and developing Team Members to work at their full potential in a fast‑paced yet fun work environment. Managers are also expected to build and enhance profits by cultivating relationships with other local businesses and the community. They are responsible for maintaining and controlling inventories to ensure the quality of the product and service meets the company’s operating standards. This is a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

Hire and train new Team Members; implement safety procedures for delivery drivers; manage costs; develop Team Members in a fast‑paced yet fun environment; build and enhance profits through relationships with local businesses and the community; maintain inventory control and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a food setting.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
