Overview

Well, now’s your chance. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses—more specifically, General Managers. It’s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills—judgment, math, and the ability to multi‑task.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority. You will also need access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A great role model—you're the person everyone will look to. Timeliness, attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and dressing to high standards are essential.
• Our stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. You have a flexible schedule and must be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements

• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking – short distances for short durations on ceramic tile, bricks with linoleum.
• Sitting – paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries unloaded by the team member using a hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying – large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough as described.
