Dominos Pizza is looking for a leader to oversee a store’s daily operations, ensuring that all team members perform their duties efficiently and uphold company standards. This role will manage costs, inventory, cash, and customer relationships while setting an example for the crew.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing staff and scheduling.
- Completing paperwork, cost controls, and cash control.
- Overseeing food management and inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and transportation for team members.
- Protecting store profitability.

Essential Functions/Skills
- Basic arithmetic—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to give and understand written instructions.
- Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Rapid, precise motor coordination for order processing and equipment use.
- Typing or touchscreen operation.
- Navigation skills for locating addresses within the delivery area.
- Capacity to carry and deliver items continuously during a shift.
Work Conditions
- Variable weather conditions, temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F+.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
- Potential contact with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Driving and delivering products in potentially adverse terrain.
Physical Requirements
- Most tasks performed from a standing position, with frequent walking (short distances). Sitting is required for paperwork at the desk.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking to 72" high.
- Carrying items ranging from lightweight cans to heavy pizza sauce cases.
- Pushing light trays (≈7.5 lbs force) and occasionally pulling them.
- Climbing stairs or ladders, navigating multiple flights during delivery.
- Stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching above or below 72" continuously during the shift.
- Driving within the designated delivery area, with a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
