General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions

Essential Functions/Skills

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use of calculator
• Accurate monetary change handling
• Verbal, written, telephone skills for taking and processing orders
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
• Keyboard or touch screen order entry proficiency
• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area
• Capability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Work Conditions

Exposure To: Varying weather conditions, in‑store temperature extremes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Driving Conditions: Adverse weather, delivery, and couponing tasks.

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most tasks

Temperament

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most tasks performed from a standing position. Height of work surfaces between 36" and 48".

Delivery personnel must travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; paperwork completed at a desk or table.

Bulk product deliveries loaded by hand truck; cases up to 50 lb, dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'. Cases may be stacked up to 72" high.

Items up to 30 lb (e.g., pizza sauce) and approximately 12 lb per tray of dough carried between stations.

Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.

Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.

Forward bending at pizza assembly station (~30–45 s per cycle).

Occasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; above 72" to control oven or change signs.

Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

Use of pencils/pens, computer, telephone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

Driving Specific Job Duties

• Deliver product by car to customers' doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and adherence to company standards.
