General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person
Essential Functions/Skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use of calculator
- Accurate monetary change handling
- Verbal, written, telephone skills for taking and processing orders
- Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
- Keyboard or touch screen order entry proficiency
- Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area
- Capability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Work Conditions
Exposure To: Varying weather conditions, in‑store temperature extremes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Driving Conditions: Adverse weather, delivery, and couponing tasks.
Sensing

PushingTrays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
ClimbingInfrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.
Stooping/BendingForward bending at pizza assembly station (~30–45 s per cycle).
Crouching/SquattingOccasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Driving Specific Job Duties
- Deliver product by car to customers' doors.
