Supporting a fast-growing furniture retailer, the full-time General Ledger Accountant will manage monthly close activities, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations while collaborating with the GL team and business partners in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial results in collaboration with the GL team and business partners Prepare and post journal entries and conduct monthly account reconciliations Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the fiscal close and support external audits Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills Strong aptitude for financial systems and data analysis Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
