Job Summary

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production and distribution operations through the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of raw materials, finished products, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling

Move, store, and manage raw materials, finished products, and equipment.

Fill bags with soil, seal bags, box finished products, and prepare them for distribution.

Remain on your feet throughout the entire shift.

Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Safety Compliance

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Teamwork

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Work collaboratively to meet production goals and deadlines.

Product Knowledge

Learn product specifications, packaging requirements, and proper handling procedures.

Ensure products are packaged and handled according to quality standards.

Qualifications

Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
