Sand Mold MakerKey Responsibilities:Create sand molds around patterns to form cavities for metal castingsCarefully remove patterns without damaging mold cavitiesInspect molds for cracks, defects, and dimensional issues before pouringMix and prepare molding sand with the appropriate binder systemOperate equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, conveyors, dollies, and furnacesClean and maintain molding tools, machinery, and work areasFollow strict safety procedures when working around heavy equipment, chemicals, hot metal, dust, and moving machineryQualifications:Foundry experience preferredSteel industry and pattern-making experience a plusStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsReliable, punctual, friendly, and hardworkingHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to operate or learn to operate material-handling equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsAdditional information:Pay: $16-22 per hourMonday-Friday: 6AM-3:30PMRoseville, MichiganAbout Express Employment Professionals:As one of the leading staffing companies in North America, and Michigan, we're ready to help you take the next step in your career.
