This is a potential to hire position for 3rd shift, apply today!General Labor/Material Handler Responsibilities:Remove (de-nest) laser-cut parts from metal sheets safely and efficientlyVerify parts against work orders, prints, and production documentationEnsure part counts are accurate and properly documentedIdentify and report quality concerns, defects, or damaged partsSort, stage, and deliver material to the appropriate departmentsMaintain material flow throughout the manufacturing processEnter production and inventory data into the ERP system (Global Shop)Communicate effectively with laser operators, production personnel, and supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssist with inventory control and material handling activities as requiredFollow all quality, safety, and company proceduresRequirements for General Labor/Material Handler:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious manufacturing or material handling experience preferredTechnical assembly or fabrication experience is highly desirableBasic computer skills requiredExperience using ERP systems, preferably Global Shop, is a plusMust be able to drive a forkliftQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
