General Labor - Warehouse Associate

• Location: Hobart, IN
• Shift: 7AM-3:30 PM OR 3:30PM-12AM
• Pay: $15-$16/hour
• Overtime: Overtime opportunities may be available, including weekends based on business needs.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking warehouse associates to join our fast-paced team. The position involves sorting, organizing, packaging, and preparing products while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and package products efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow safety and work procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
• Be flexible to work overtime, including weekends, when needed.

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
