General Help / General LaborPosition: General Help / General Labor Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18.00 Schedule: 1st shiftPosition SummarySnelling Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Help team members to assist with day-to-day production, warehouse, material handling, and installation support. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of physical tasks.ResponsibilitiesAssist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials Handle acoustic panels, ceiling tile, and other construction-related materials Prepare materials for production, delivery, or installation Assist installers and production employees as needed Measure, cut, package, and stage materials according to instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Operate basic hand tools and equipment when trained Follow all company safety procedures and instructions Perform lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and other physical activities throughout the workday Complete other general labor duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Able to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working as part of a team Ability to work safely and efficiently in a physical work environment Must be able to lift and move materials as required Ability to arrive on time and maintain good attendanceThe ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Someone with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
