Overview

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center , located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania , is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their team. The hospital features a state-of-the-art GI lab with 6 procedure rooms, 13 holding beds, and advanced technology, including Spyglass. The GI outpatient office is on the hospital campus. A robust recruitment package is available for the incoming physician.

Practice options : Traditional Practice or 7 on/7 off Hospitalist Schedule options are available. Primary Care HPSA site with J-1 waiver support available.

As the flagship of the four-hospital Conemaugh Health System, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is a 402-licensed bed Level 1 Trauma Center, STEMI-Receiving Center, Level III NICU, and Primary Stroke Center. It is a premier tertiary referral center in west central PA and a teaching facility with several residency programs and advanced technology, including 2 Hybrid ORs and 3 DaVinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Join the GI team at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center and provide gastroenterology services.
• Collaborate within a hospital system that includes a GI lab and outpatient GI office on campus.
• Engage in practice options including traditional or hospitalist scheduling as applicable.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist (BC/BE).
• J-1 waiver support available for Primary Care HPSA site where applicable.
