Exelon is seeking a General Engineer in Distribution Capacity Planning to support reliable, efficient, and clean energy delivery across our utility network. In this role, you will analyze existing and future distribution system capacity, perform load forecasting, and identify constraints to inform grid modernization and capital investment decisions. You will develop and run distribution planning models, evaluate DER and EV impacts, and recommend system upgrades and technology solutions.
Working in a collaborative, safety-focused culture, you’ll partner with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams, prepare technical studies and reports, and help advance Exelon’s clean energy and reliability objectives while supporting continuous improvement in planning tools and processes.
