This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Plan, schedule, and coordinate all electrical construction activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment. \* Supervise and mentor electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, fostering a productive and safe work environment. \* Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents to ensure accurate project execution. \* Implement and enforce all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and meetings. \* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. \* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to ensure seamless project integration. \* Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. \* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and project specifications. \* Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation. \* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. \* Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the field team. \* Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide input on constructability and scheduling. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. \* Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License preferred. \* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects. \* In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant local electrical codes. \* Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and grounding. \* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications. \* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. \* OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. \* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. \* Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required by project demands. \* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
