General Diagnostic Radiologist

Northwell Health's Department of Radiology is expanding and seeking board-certified or eligible General Diagnostic Radiologists to join its team. This role involves contributing to comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional services across a diverse network of facilities in various New York counties. Successful candidates will join a large, established radiology group performing over 2 million medical scans annually.

• Part of the Department of Radiology at Northwell Health
• Located across a diverse network of facilities in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens County, Westchester, and Manhattan, NY
• Offers comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional services
• Team includes close to 250 radiologists
• Performs more than 2 million medical scans each year

Responsibilities

• Interpreting plain films (x-ray)
• Performing GI fluoroscopic studies

Compensation

• Nationally competitive salaries
• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) Diagnostic Radiology
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
