Mankato Clinic is seeking a full-time Dermatology physician to join its established and growing practice in southern Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and surgical dermatologic care to a diverse patient population within a collaborative, physician-led environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop a practice aligned with their clinical interests and expertise, supported by a strong referral base within an independent multispecialty medical group.
Practice Info
- Provides comprehensive medical and surgical dermatologic care to patients across southern Minnesota
- Cares for patients with a broad range of conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, hair and nail disorders, actinic keratoses, skin cancers, and other dermatologic conditions
- Established and growing Dermatology practice
- Collaborative team of Dermatologists, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Strong referral base within an established multispecialty medical group
- Physician-led environment with a strong focus on patient care

Compensation
- Initial Salary Guarantee: $562,000 - $700,000 for 2 years dependent on experience
- Production Pay post guarantee

Requirements
- Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Required: Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program
- Required: Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Required: Current or eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
- Preferred: Experience in comprehensive medical and surgical dermatology
- Preferred: Interest or experience in procedural dermatology
- Preferred: Interest in developing a practice based on clinical expertise and patient demand
