Hours & Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Work Environment: Medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology setting

Salary / Hourly Rate: $375,000-$425,000 annually or percentage of collections option

Bonus Offered: Percentage of collections option available

Job Summary:

The General Dermatologist provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services in an outpatient setting. This physician will diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

An important part of this role is creating the type of experience patients value: knowledgeable guidance, professional and skilled treatment, thoughtful communication, and an environment that helps patients feel comfortable and at ease. The General Dermatologist will work collaboratively with clinical and support team members to maintain high standards of care and a positive patient experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions

• Perform dermatologic surgical procedures as appropriate
  Provide cosmetic dermatology services based on training and interest

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with an emphasis on comfort and communication

• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, aftercare, and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate closely with clinical and support team members to promote efficient patient flow

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through knowledgeable and approachable care

• Maintain high standards for procedural quality, safety, and patient outcomes

• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and supportive clinical environment

• Uphold all applicable quality, safety, ethical, and professional standards of care

• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development
  

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Active medical license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
