Hayes Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team, providing care in our Hayes, Virginia location. We are seeking a Doctor who is interested in a long term position with a Pathway to Partnership!

Position Schedule

This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position. Monday - Thursday!

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes


• Build lasting patient relationships based on trust and communication


• Collaborate effectively with team members across both practice locations


• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and culture

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school


• Active Virginia dental license (or eligibility for licensure)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  
• Dedication to continuing education and clinical growth


• Interest in personal and professional development
