A fast growing private dental practice in Central Florida is looking for a new associate dentist. Due to the rapid growth of the dental practice they are adding the right associate dentist to the practice. Interested dentists should have the drive to be the future leader of the practice with the potential for ownership as the leadership role expands. Mentorship is part of the process from our doctor team that has 25 years of total experience treating patients and creating successful practices.

Compensation
- Estimated $40,000 a month
- 28-30% of Production
- Will be replacing a doctor currently doing $180,000 a month in production
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ Years experience
- Driven and proficient in a wide variety of procedures
- High production
- Available to start in January or February 2023
- Desire to be a leader in the office
- Potential to become an equity partner after 1 year
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 Years experience with a wide variety of practice
- Medical degree
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Florida

- 2,500 sq. ft. office in a medical park
- All digital - paperless office
- Two Hygienists and Two Assistants
- Fully staffed front desk
- 6 Operatories with expansion to a 7th available
