Private cosmetic, restorative & implant practice located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled General Dentist or Prosthodontist for a long‑term associateship. Must have a minimum of five years clinical experience with strong skills in crowns & bridges, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and ability to place implants or sedation. Excellent people and communication skills are required.

Practice Features

• Modern 7‑operatory facility with state‑of‑the‑art equipment: 3D CT scan, digital scanners, lasers, electric handpieces and flat‑screen monitors.
• Fully trained clinical and administrative teams focused on comprehensive treatment acceptance and efficient workflow.
• Strong focus on teamwork, mutual respect and recognition for high quality care.

Compensation & Schedule

• 80% fee‑for‑service, 20% selective PPO; no HMO.
• Commission based on monthly production.
• Estimated earnings: $150,000 – $200,000 on two days/week in year 1.
• Schedule may grow to full time within approximately one year if desired.
• Daily minimum guarantee with potential to surpass the minimum in the first month.

Private practice, not a DSO or corporate. Mentorship opportunities in cosmetics, implant surgery and full mouth reconstruction with a highly credentialed doctor.
