Location: 2300 Gause Blvd East, Slidell, Louisiana 70461

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Optional: 1-2 Fridays per month

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from a US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Louisiana dental license
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
