Experienced Associate Dentist opportunity in a thriving private practice in the San Antonio area.
We are a modern PPO / Fee-For-Service dental office with a strong long-standing patient base, excellent fee schedules, and a highly productive hygiene program.
This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, strong patient relationships, and practicing in a supportive environment with modern technology.
Compensation & Income Potential
- $15,000 monthly guarantee (full-time).

Clinical Scope
We are looking for a dentist comfortable with:
- Comprehensive treatment planning.
- Molar endodontics.
- Surgical extractions.
- Restorative dentistry.
- Crown & bridge.
- Implant restorations (a plus but not required).
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility.
- Strong communication and bedside manner.
