General Dentist: Phillipsburg, NJ

This practice is seeking a part-time Associate General Dentist committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical treatment. You will develop and present individualized treatment plans, educate patients on their oral health and treatment options, and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with all regulatory standards.

Working closely with our experienced dental team, you will help create an outstanding patient experience while contributing to the continued success of the practice and assisting with other clinical responsibilities as needed.

This position requires a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited School of Dentistry, as well as 3 years of general dentistry experience. Active licensure is required (New Jersey Dental license, DEA Registration and CDS license). The right candidate will be able to speak to how they have demonstrated clinical excellence, sound judgment and strong patient communication skills in their previous role(s). While part-time with no evenings or weekends the right candidate will maintain a consistent schedule and be reliable and responsive.

• Guaranteed compensation: $120 per hour (approximately $150,000 annually based on schedule). *Compensation equivalent to approximately 30–35% of collections, with bonus potential for higher production
