mediDental care is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join ourrapidly growing team in New York City. We are looking for a provider with a minimum of 3 years ofclinical experience who is confident, professional, patient-focused, and committed todelivering high-quality dental care.
mediDental care is not a typical dental office. We are a New York State Article 28 facilitybuilt around an integrated care model that brings dental and medical care together under one roof. Ourmission is simple: make healthcare more convenient, more connected, and more accessible for the communitieswe serve.
Responsibilities
The General Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including:
- Performing dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, bridges, and basic prosthetics
- Extractions and emergency dental treatment
- Preventive care and patient education
- Reviewing X-rays and clinical findings
- Working closely with hygienists, dental assistants, front desk staff, and management
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients
- Following all clinical, infection control, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Minimum 3 years of clinical dental experience required
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable working in a busy dental office environment
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
