We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable **Part-Time General Dentist** to join our team. Responsibilities.

The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of varying ages and needs. Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive and periodic dental examinations.
• Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other procedures.
• Performing routine and surgical extractions within the dentist's scope and comfort level.
• Providing preventive and emergency dental care.
• Reviewing and interpreting dental X-rays and other diagnostic information.
• Educating patients regarding treatment options, oral health and preventive care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Working collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, administrative staff, and specialists.
• Following all applicable infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and professional standards.
• Referring patients to specialists when appropriate.
• Delivering an excellent patient experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Qualifications.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current and unrestricted dental license in (State).
• Current DEA registration, if required for the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Professional liability coverage as required.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team.
• (1-2+ years of clinical experience preferred / New graduates welcome to apply).
