Job Type: Full‑time

Summary of Compensation (varies based on location and experience):

• Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates!)
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000
• 30-35% of production paid on everything including X‑rays (plus locational % premiums)
• Two weeks paid vacation time
• Cash bonuses up to $80,000
• Long‑term cash incentives up to $60,000

Requirements

Authorized to practice dentistry in Indiana. Exit requirements include participation in the FamiliaU™ mentorship program and completion of all state and federal regulatory training. Documentation of credentials, malpractice insurance, and eligibility for immigration sponsorship (if applicable) is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality dental care to patients
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatment services
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
