Summary of Compensation

• Average earning potential $250,000–$550,000 (including new graduates)
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800–$1,000
• 30–35% of production on all services, including X‑rays (plus location premiums)
• Two weeks paid vacation

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality dental care to patients
• Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
• Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consent for services
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient
• Repair decayed and broken teeth; perform extractions and restore edentulous areas
• Adhere to federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
• Maintain a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
